PageVero is the supplier and product brand responsible for providing the PageVero service. By using PageVero, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

Service description

PageVero provides webpage extraction, AI-assisted structured processing, personal knowledge storage, and knowledge chat. The product remains under active development, and features, limits, and availability may change.

Accounts and security

You must sign in with an account you are authorized to control and protect the security of your account and devices. You may not bypass access controls or usage limits or interfere with normal service operation.

Purchases through Creem

Paid PageVero products and subscriptions are sold through our authorized online reseller, Creem. Creem acts as the Merchant of Record for these orders and processes payments, invoices, applicable indirect taxes, refunds, and chargebacks. Completing a Creem transaction also means accepting the applicable Creem Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation

Recurring plans automatically renew at the interval, price, and currency displayed at checkout until canceled. You can cancel through the Manage subscription control in PageVero or the Creem customer portal linked from your receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals and is governed by our Subscription and cancellation policy.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and requests are governed by our Refund policy, the Creem Buyer Terms, and mandatory consumer law. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund an already completed charge.

Content and rights

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process content extracted, saved, or submitted through PageVero and for complying with source-site terms and applicable law. You retain the relevant rights to your content and authorize us to process it only as needed to provide the service.

AI results

AI-generated summaries, fact classifications, opinion classifications, and chat responses may contain omissions or errors and do not constitute professional advice. Verify important conclusions against original sources and use your own judgment.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to distribute malicious code, infringe others' rights, conduct unlawful activity, or create abnormal automated load. We may restrict use that violates these terms or threatens service security.

Service changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and update product pages or these terms where appropriate. Current free features do not mean that every future feature will remain free.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We work to maintain reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or completely accurate results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on generated results, third-party content, or service interruptions.
