Refund policy

This policy applies to paid PageVero products and subscriptions purchased through Creem. Creem is our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, which means Creem processes payments, issues invoices, handles applicable indirect taxes, and administers refunds and chargebacks.

How to request a refund

First submit a billing ticket through the PageVero Support page, or use the merchant contact shown at the bottom of your Creem receipt. Include the purchase email and transaction details, but never send payment-card numbers. If a long-standing issue remains unresolved, you may contact Creem through the customer portal linked from your receipt.

Refund eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined under this policy, the applicable Creem Buyer Terms, and mandatory consumer-protection law. We assess requests based on the circumstances, including duplicate charges, material product defects, or failure to provide the purchased service. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Technical or product issues

If a material technical issue prevents you from accessing the paid PageVero features described at purchase, first follow the product-support guidance on our Support page. If the issue cannot be resolved, provide the relevant details and previous troubleshooting information with your refund request.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are processed by Creem and are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Creem, the payment provider, and applicable law. Access to the refunded paid product or subscription benefits may end when the refund is issued.

Cancellation is separate from a refund

You may cancel a recurring subscription to prevent future renewals even when a completed transaction is not eligible for a refund. See our Subscription and cancellation policy for details.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Creem's current Buyer Terms govern Creem's customer services and transaction processing to the extent permitted by law.
