Subscription and cancellation policy

This policy explains how recurring PageVero plans renew and how to stop future charges. Paid subscriptions are sold and billed by Creem as our Merchant of Record.

Recurring subscriptions

When you choose a recurring plan, the billing interval, price, currency, taxes, included features, and any trial terms are displayed before checkout. Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically at the interval shown at purchase.

How to cancel

Sign in to PageVero and choose Manage subscription in your workspace, or use the customer-portal link in your Creem receipt or renewal email. Follow Creem's subscription cancellation instructions if you need help locating the control.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless your checkout, Creem customer portal, or applicable law states otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period and then returns to the features available without that subscription.

Trials

If a plan includes a trial that converts to a paid subscription, cancel before the trial deadline shown at checkout to avoid the first charge. Creem may send reminders where required by law or configured for the plan.

Cancellation and refunds

Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund a charge already completed. Refund requests are handled separately under our Refund policy and the Creem Buyer Terms.
